The eligibility checker and the claim record checklist run in your browser. The answers you select are used only to show a result on the page. They are not sent to a server and are not stored by this site.
This site does not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or third party trackers.
Hosting and standard request data
A hosting provider may process standard technical data to deliver the pages, such as an Internet Protocol address, browser type, and the time of a request. That processing is part of normal web hosting and is governed by the provider's own policy. This site does not use that data to identify visitors or to build profiles.
